Tiaro Promotions Invites you to participate in the Tiaro District Arts & Craft Festival: Opening Night – Friday 7th August, Saturday 8th & Sunday 9h
In 2009, the theme for our annual Arts & Craft Festival is:
“Life with Mary” A dialogue on the Mary River
Artworks must have been created by artists within the past twelve months and not previously shown in this show. Artworks can be in any medium, although size restrictions apply. As this is our inaugural year the entries will not be professionally judged, however there will be a people’s choice award in each category.
Entry Forms
- Due Friday 17th July, 2009
- Post to Tiaro Promotions Inc Arts & Craft Festival, Box 56, Tiaro, Qld 4650
- Include your entry fee (limit of 2 entries per section)
Framing and Presentation
- Please ensure all artwork is framed, or finished on all sides and ready for hanging
- Each entry should have the artist’s name, title and cost securely attached to the back of each work, not the front. The associated catalogue will feature all details.
- Refer to entry form for size restrictions for each section.
Delivery of Artwork
- The Tiaro Memorial Hall 6th August, between 9am & 1pm
Collection of Unsold /Sold art work
- Must be picked up from the Tiaro Memorial Hall by 12 noon Monday 10th August 2009
- Sold works will not be released until close of the show on Sunday 9th August after 2.30pm
- All work must be signed out.
Insurance
- Insurance of artworks is the sole responsibility of the artists
Exhibitors are required to read and agree to the conditions of entry.
